Licensed plumbing connections
In Victoria, connecting stormwater to the legal point of discharge is plumbing work. We design and build the surface drainage and civil works; final connections are completed by licensed plumbers we coordinate, so you still deal with one team.

Every job is different, so every Terraza quote is fixed-price and itemised after a free measure. These are the things that move the price:

Drainage FAQ
Can you fix water pooling on my paving?
Yes. Depending on the cause we regrade, add a strip drain or relay the affected area with correct falls.
Do I need a plumber?
For the final stormwater connection, yes. We coordinate licensed plumbers so it's handled within our quote.
Can drainage be added under existing paving?
Often, by lifting a section, installing the drain and relaying the pavers.
