Done safely and legally
Before any machine starts we locate underground services through Before You Dig Australia, check council and WorkSafe requirements, and plan access and spoil removal. If asbestos is suspected, a licensed asbestos removalist handles it first. Whole-building demolition is carried out with a registered demolisher and the required permits, which we coordinate.
Recycled where possible
Clean concrete and brick are separated for recycling; the rest goes to licensed facilities in line with EPA Victoria requirements.

Can you get a machine into my backyard?
Usually yes: our mini excavators fit through narrow side access, and we protect paths and lawns on the way in.
Do you remove the rubble?
Yes. Removal, recycling and disposal are included in every demolition quote.
Can you demolish and rebuild?
