Driveway finishes
- Exposed aggregate: decorative stones revealed in the surface; hides tyre marks and grips well.
- Plain broom finish: economical and non-slip.
- Coloured concrete: oxide through the mix to suit the house.
- Paver inlays and borders: brick or stone bands to lift a plain drive.
Crossovers and permits
The section of driveway over the nature strip (the crossover) belongs to council and usually needs a permit and inspection. We arrange it as part of the job.
Built for weight
Driveway thickness, reinforcement and base depth are set for what will drive on it, from a family car to a caravan or a delivery truck.
Driveway repairs & resurfacing
Cracked or sunken sections can often be cut out and replaced; if the base has failed, we'll tell you honestly that replacement is the better value.

Is exposed aggregate worth it?
For most driveways, yes: it looks better for longer, hides dirt and grips in the wet.
Can you do a permeable driveway?
Yes. Permeable pavers or gravel systems can reduce runoff. We'll advise whether it suits your site.
